Your privacy is our priority. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

What data we store
i Got This! stores data exclusively on your own device — your browser's localStorage. This includes your profile (name, email), conversation history, a memory summary Jeni uses to personalise your sessions, and basic session records to manage your free trial. None of this information is sent to our servers or any third party.
How your conversations are used
When you send a message, it is securely transmitted to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate Jeni's response. The message is processed and discarded — Anthropic does not train on your data. We do not store your messages on our servers.
Payments
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe processes your payment securely and notifies us only that a payment has been made, so we can unlock your subscription.
Video calls
If you choose to use the video call feature, your session is handled by Tavus. Video calls are not recorded or stored. They are streamed in real time and discarded after the session ends.
Analytics
We collect minimal, anonymous analytics (e.g. how many messages were sent, whether the paywall was shown) to understand how the app is used and improve it. No personally identifiable information is included. Analytics data is never sold.
Your rights
You can view, edit, or delete all locally stored data at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy. You can also delete your account entirely from the Settings page. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at privacy@igotthis.app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you the next time you open the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
